Growing up in Edmonton, Alberta, my friend's father introduced me to fly fishing and fly tying, igniting lifelong passions. With no local fly shops, we sourced supplies from department stores, braving winter bus rides. Now retired from dentistry, I continue tying flies, inspired by travels to trout-filled waters. A disciple of A.K. Best, I've honed my craft and am still learning. Based in Canmore, Alberta, I'm surrounded by stunning landscapes.
